Working Principle of Chicken Waste Fertilizer Pellet Process
When the chicken manure organic fertilizer pellet line starts to work, the chicken manure or other poultry waste (cow dung, cattle waste, horse manure etc.) is firstly fermented to kill the harmful matters of the chicken manure in the fermentation tank. Then the semi-wet chine manure is crushed into small pieces to mix with the mineral element (pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, Potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, etc.). After that, it will be enter the manure pellet machine for pelleting and cooling. Through the screening machine, the qualified pellet is packed, meanwhile the unqualified return to the pellet machine for repressing.
